The Fellowship's Impact on the Jewish Day School
Fellows: Linda Krisher and Robyn Nathan
- The Fellowship has been a catalyst for change in core values, perception, and policy development in the preschool.
- The rate and intensity of change has been heightened as a result of participation in the Fellowship. Input from peer learning groups has been very valuable.
- Momentum has increased as a result of reflection and conversations on Skype, at retreats, and from recommended reading.
- This has resulted in common language not just for the younger grade levels and preschool, but also for the whole school: JDS practices positive discipline, responsive classroom, and inquiry-based learning.
